Family Hubs and Early Help became a unified service in July 2024. The service incorporates all elements of Family Hub and Children's Centre service delivery. The Holiday, Activity and Food programme (HAF) is also led from the service as is the Reducing Parental Conflict and Supporting Families programme (ending formally at the end of March 2025). The service incorporates the council's targeted Early Help service who provide a Lead Practitioner, whole-family working approach to work with families with more complex needs. The service also hosts the Partnership team who provide the Level 2 MASH function, Partnership Co-ordinators who support the wider partnership across with the St Helens early Help system and analyst capacity to report on the grant funded programmes hosted in Family Hubs and Early Help. The service are community based and delivered from Sutton, Central Link and Newton Family Hubs and Parr and Moss bank Children's Centres.
