We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone can perform at their best. If you have a disability, long term health condition, or require workplace adjustments, we are here to help with the introduction of the Adjustment Passport - a simple and effective way to record agreed adjustments between you and your manager. This ensures:

  • A clear and consistent record of your support needs
  • No need to re-explain adjustments if your role or manager changes
  • An open, structured conversation about how we can best support you.

If you think adjustments could help you in your role, or where adjustments have already been introduced to support you, you can speak to your manager about this. Together we can ensure you have everything you need to succeed. There is a reasonable adjustment guidance for managers which provides essential insights into supporting employees with disabilities, impairments, or long term health conditions.

If you can't find what you are looking for you can ask a question through our HIVE system which allows all staff to ask questions anonymously and receive an answer.
