Management Together at St Helens - Foundation Management Programme

We recognise that strong, effective management is critical to the successful delivery of our organisational priorities and key to promoting our TICK organisational values. Our Management Together at St Helens, Management Development Programme underpins this concept and is designed to help our existing and aspiring team leaders, supervisors and managers to develop your core management skills and enhance your ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team. The programme consists of 8 half day face to face modules covering managing you - self management and awareness, management you - communication and building relationships, embedding our culture together, leading through our values, managing people and conduct, managing people and performance, managing people and attendance and management people and dignity at work.  

Advanced Managing Together at St Helens Programme

Strong, effective management is critical to the successful delivery of our organisational priorities and key to embedding our TICK organisational values. Building on the Foundation Management Development Programme, the Advanced Programme is designed to help further develop Managers leadership skills. Ensuring our Managers at St Helens have the skills to inspire and engage their teams to evolve and develop to meet needs of their role, team and customer. The programme includes 5 face to face modules covering management people - recruitment, managing change, corporate governance, digital transformation and partnership working. 

 

The Leading Together at St Helens Programme 

This is designed for both aspiring and current Heads of Service. The programme is tailored specifically for St Helens, embodying our values of Trust, Integrity, Collaboration, and Keep Innovating. Feedback from previous participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many noting significant improvements in their performance and knowledge across the module topics after completing the programme. Based on participant feedback, we've also refined the programme. Initially delivered as six half-day modules (one per month), it has now been expanded to six full-day modules to provide more opportunities for discussion and collaboration.
